book in progress: reflect2see

This is just an example from my photo library that might be in the book.

Overview

The reflect2see book combines photos and reflective statements and questions. The intention of the book is to take you on a whole brain experience into your higher consciousness.  More than inspriation, the words and the pictures will take you on a journey of discovery within you of your own self.

Detail

The primary source of photos and statements will be from the 'reflect2see' blog on this site and the daily inspirational posts made on Facebook.  You can already see what these are like now.

In addition the book will have room for you to record your thoughts, reflections and insights.

The three areas of focus are:

1. Reaction

2. Insight

3. Action

Whilst most books of this type have lovely photos and words I want you to go one step further and help you translate your insights into action.

So watch this space for an update on book cover, book format and contents.

Then maybe I might have an idea around timeline.
