I am excited to announce the launch of a new program. After many months (and some say years) of reflection, conversation, experience and investigation the time is right to progress a discussion on conscious business leadership. Whether you work in a leadership position or own a business this program will be one that opens up the space for you to develop even further as a conscious business leader.

This 6 month program of individual and group support, formally commences on 31 January 2012 with the first group meeting. Coaching can start as soon as enrolled. So check out the details now to ensure you have a place. Numbers are limited to ensure a supportive and productive group experience.

New video - Conscious Reflection Issue 1

In the spirit of finding different ways to engage and inspire you I created a short video montage of the words and photos from my Facebook page. As a first attempt at producing a video my editing could do with some work. However I believe that the combination of music, words and images in this format gives you a moment to pause. Whilst the video changes from slide to slide you can always pause and reflect after any slide. I hope you enjoy this first version and those that follow.

Books in progress

Like all writers I have many books in progress. People ask me all the time how my writing is going. I say it's on the computer, hidden away in folders, waiting to be released. To be honest I am just procrastinating!

This website and the blogs within it are my evolved experiment in publicly expressing myself to inspire others. Behind the scenes though I keep coming up with ideas, directions and different writing projects. So as a way of introducing you to my writing journey I will now share more about the books that are definitely in progress. You may not know this, but I have had an on and off again love affair with social media. Even today I continue to evolve and play with all things social media as an experiment of expression and connection.

One aspect of social media that challenged me for awhile was the use of Facebook for business purposes. I maintained a personal account but could not envision having a business page because:

keeping a space online for my personal connections is important. I did not want to open up my personal account to anyone and everyone. My personal page is more of a sanctuary for connecting and sharing with family and friends.
going public on Facebook had to be authentic, real and add value to people, not just be a selling proposition.
once I commited to a Facebook page then I needed to take it seriously and actually post, manage and share with it.

So after much deliberation I jumped in and created a page. As of today
