facilitation with Jenn

I provide a quality facilitation experience to suit any group. My focus is on customising the design and development to maximise the results of a group. Integral to the approach is a focus on real and authentic conversations and applied intuition.

Customised workshops

The most effective learning and change occurs in a workshop tailored specifically to the needs of a group.  I customise my designs to suit the needs of a group using the following plan:

  1. Initial briefing meeting to run through needs, design requirements
  2. Custom design
  3. Design preview with detailed activities
  4. Unique and varied experiences
  5. Contextualised for the group
  6. Individual reflection time
  7. High energising group interaction
  8. Caring, thoughtful and considered questioning
  9. Appropriate challenging of group members
  10. Follow up and personalised attention where appropriate

Short term vs long term intervention
Whilst the ideal partnership would be to work with a group over longer periods of time, I recognise the need for groups to have support for ad hoc or one off events and situations. My belief is that any intervention to support a group having deeper and more meaningful conversation is better than nothing at all.

Ideally I establish a relationship with the team so that future events can build from the previous.

So even if it is just two hours over lunch or an intensive three day retreat I can create the experience that is right for your group.
