Jenn Shallvey helps people in transition from old to new ways of living and working. She is a skilled business catalyst who works with leaders and business owners to help them consciously make more of a positive difference in the world.

Jenn draws from 25 years of experience in a range of professional capacities including accounting, business, human resources, leadership development, consulting and coaching. Jenn currently offers services as a coach and facilitator specialising in leadership, career and transition. Jenn’s focus is reflective action and applied intuition.

Jenn believes that to create conscious change in the world you need to start with your self.  Jenn loves being with her family, enjoying a good chai latte, writing or hanging out anywhere near an ocean - preferably with a camera. Meet Jenn.

Following are details for the Conscious Business Leader Program (CBLP).  The program consists of several components including group meetings, one to one coaching and community support.

    No matter your field or business, the trend in business leadership and growth is now moving toward a more conscious leadership approach.  A key focus is the need to create positive sustainable changes in business and all aspects of work and management. In the backdrop of a shifting economy and marketplace, leaders are more than ever expected to engage in socially responsible ways of doing business with all stakeholders.   Moving more towards an authentic approach to leadership is now a given, not a luxury.  

    This program creates the forum for you to further develop your capability and confidence in this exciting and interesting time.  As a conscious business leader, this program will help you to step up and make an even greater contribution and positive difference to your business and the people you work with.  Ultimately you become a better leader in all that you do and enjoy your work more.

conscious business leadership community

Participants enrolled in the CBLP will be invited to join a members only community specifically set up for the program group only. In this community you will be able to confidentially share information and ideas, seek feedback from other participants and collaborate on initiatives together.  This program feature is available for the duration of the program after which time the group will be invited to form a post program ongoing group.

A key online aspect of the program will be a community discussion section.  This forum will be a place to ask questions, invite feedback and share thoughts.  This forum is also confidential and available only to participants.  All conversation remains active for the duration of the program and for 3 months post program. Conversations are moderated directly by Jenn Shallvey.
